Call for Papers

We have the great pleasure to invite you to participate in the CSCS24-2023 International Conference to be held in Bucharest, Romania, from May 24 to May 26, 2023. The organizers of CSCS24-2023 invite high-quality scientific contributions at this biennial traditional event. The 24^th edition of the CSCS Conference takes place at the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, which has been the avant-garde of Romanian education and academic research in the control and computer science domains.

All accepted papers MUST be registered by one of the authors. The registration deadline is April 7, 2023, and the payment proof deadline is April 14, 2023.

The full paper in PDF format will be submitted via the EasyChair system. In the submission phase, please select the main topics related to your paper, specify the full name of all authors, and include the keywords.

Please send your paper(s) with no more than 8 pages, A-4 sheets, Times New Roman font, using the IEEE format. For submissions, only PDF format is accepted. Details about the author(s) must be provided: first name, last name, affiliation, position, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. For papers with multiple authors, the contact person must be indicated. The program committee, potentially assisted by outside referees in limited cases, will do reviewing of full papers. We will assign in the first step two reviewers for submission and, if we do not have a clear decision we will designate an advocate. The evaluation will be based on originality, scientific significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.

By submitting a paper, the authors agree that at least one of them will attend the conference to present it. This is a strong condition for a submission to be considered for publication in a special issue.

Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the conference, otherwise, their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference.

After the conference, authors of the best papers accepted and presented at the conference will be invited to extend and re-submit their work to be considered for inclusion in Special Issues of several internationally recognized IF journals.

Final camera-ready papers must comply with Conference Publishing Services (CPS) style and be uploaded via their submission page until April 7, 2023. Please follow the instructions carefully given on the submission page, which will be available soon in this section.
